Abstract
This is the final report of a three year study of early career teachers from their training year to the end of their two year induction period: 2020 to 2023. This final study reports on their present feelings about the profession, the effectiveness of their induction programme, retrospective thoughts on their initial teacher education, and their hopes and dreams for the future.
